Kids Euro Festival
(October 15 – November 10, 2009)
The Kids Euro Festival is one of D.C.’s largest performing art festivals for children which hosts more than 150 free events all over the city. The events are all geared to children ages 6-12 and are an eclectic mix of musical performances, storytelling, acrobatics, cuisine and dance which include artists and entertainers from a variety of different cultures. Participating Embassies include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
Annapolis Boat Show

The city of Annapolis has the pleasure of hosting the world’s largest boat show every October, which includes the Sailboat Show and the Powerboat Show. Both shows offer visitors the opportunity to examine the latest and greatest in boats and accessories.
